When facing issues like "Connection Refused" errors or problems with the Instant Inventory script embedding, check the following:

  1. Connection Refused Error: Ensure your website is secure with HTTPS. If it’s using HTTP, ask your developer to install an SSL certificate.

  2. Instant Inventory Feed Not Publishing: Make sure you have an active Instant Inventory subscription. If you haven’t, apply for a trial or subscription to get the necessary script.

  3. API Location: It is not possible to run a search using the parameter 'location'

  4. Problem with the Script: If the widget doesn't work after embedding, check these two things:

    1. Check Your Settings: Ensure the correct domain name is set.

      1. Select Diamond or Jewelry feed > View & Edit.

    2. Verify the Widget Script:

      1. Go to your Instant Inventory dashboard, select your feed, then Publish to My Website.

      2. Copy and send the script to your web developer to confirm proper embedding.
