Exhibitor Registration: Register your booth where you'll be exhibiting.
Upload your inventory you are taking to the show
Exhibitor Registration
Register: This is mandatory
RapNet > Manage My Diamonds
Button > Register your booth' for the upcoming show. eg: JCK2024
Fill out the Exhibitor Registration form
Type in your company, contact, and booth location information
Company description to attract more visitors
Save/Register
Upload inventory going to the show
You can either upload diamonds using stock already listed on RapNet and just add them to show listings or upload a CSV inventory file.
Add RapNet listed stock to show listings:
Complete your booth registration.
RapNet > Manage My Diamonds > Select diamonds you wish to upload
Actions > Add to HKSep2023
After each action, there is a green confirmation box in the top right-hand corner.
Upload CSV inventory file to show listings:
Prepare your diamond upload file as usual
Go to (or add) the column headed Trade Show
Add JCK2024 in that column next to each diamond that will be at the show
