Follow these steps to retrieve the RapNet XL tab to your Excel workbook!
Right-click on the top left corner of the menu of Excel. Depending on your Excel version, click on the Microsoft button or File.
Go to Options
Add-Ins > A window pops up > Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window to Manage
Click on the drop-down menu and select COM Add-Ins > GO
In the COM Add-Ins window tick the box RapNet XL
Click OK > restart your computer and RapNet XL should be there.
If these steps don’t work try this:
Repeat the above process Steps 1-3
In Manage drop-down menu > Disabled Items.
If RapNet XL is in your disabled items box, select and click Enable
For RapNet XL to appear, you may need to either close and re-open Excel or repeat the first 6 steps listed in this article or restart your computer.
