RapNet automatically connects a diamond image file in your Media Library to your diamond if the image filename matches your stock or certificate number.
Example: Diamond Stock number is BR1000, the image file name is BR100.jpg
Images do not auto-connect when the filename does not match the diamonds' stock or certificate numbers or for additional images matching a single diamond.
In this case, we advise you to type the image filenames into the Diamond Image column of your inventory file before uploading.
Suffix each filename with image's format eg: .jpg/.png
Use semi-colons to separate each image filename
