- Username – Make sure that you are typing in your account number, not your email address
- Are you logged in with another device? Make sure that you always sign out properly from the device you are working on
- Is another member of your company currently logged in? Password use is strictly limited to the registered member.
All employees needing RapNet access should have additional user passwords, be listed in the system and verified by RapNet customer service.
To unblock your account, please reset your password on the RapNet login page.

2. Click Forgot password? to receive a password reset email.
